HERBS - SPICES - FRESH FOODS
We are a private, local, family-run farm, animal sanctuary, and nature preserve that was established in 2019. As an emergency room nurse and a carpenter, we didn't grow up around farms or horses, but had always longed for that life. We started the adventure around 2015 by working with horses at a local rescue. It soon became a reality that we might one day be able to have horses and land of our own, and after so many trials, tears, and hard work, we were finally able to make that dream come true! We now live on our 23 acre farm with our three awesome children and many wonderful sanctuary animals! See our “Meet the Animals” page to meet our residents! Since we received the keys to the door here, we have been busy at work planting various herbs, including lavender, and producing eco-friendly products and crafts! We have fallen in love with living off the land and growing amazing spices and herbs! While we have been building our farm, we are still ever so careful to preserve our land for the plentiful creatures that inhabit it! We strive to offer quality products that are organically grown in a permaculture environment.

IS YOUR PRODUCE CHEMICAL FREE?
Absolutely! We encourage beneficial insects and utilize all natural and organic essential oil sprays to deter infestations to our crops and animals areas. Since living this organic lifestyle, we have had less mosquitoes and a far more balanced ecosystem. Our crops may have a blemish here and there, but it is totally worth the health of our future!
WHAT DO YOU GROW AND SELL?
We built our gardens and pastures from the ground up (we were told that our farm use to grow potatoes in the early 1900's or even prior to that!) and we are establishing new things all the time! We currently have lavender, german thyme, lemon thyme, scallions, sage, echinacea, rhubarb, apples, blueberries, and pumpkins. We also occasionally sell handmade crafts and plant-based beauty products! Animal wall canvases are sometimes available as well! See the “Product” page or our Facebook page for what’s in stock!
ARE YOU OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
We are a private, invitational only farm. We abide by Rose Township's ordinances and operate and are protected by the Michigan Right to Farm Act. We participate in farmers markets and are happy to arrange meet ups to get you our products. You can also watch our Facebook page to see where we will be next.
ARE THE ANIMALS ON YOUR FARM USED FOR MEAT?
When an animal comes here to our farm, they are never sold for meat or profit. They are here for sanctuary lives! Many of them are rescued. See our “Meet the Animals” page for more!
WHO MAKES THE BEAUTY PRODUCTS?
All of our natural beauty products are homemade here on the farm. They are our own recipes and creations and never tested on animals. See our product pages for more!
OUR MISSION
Our mission at Tipsico Valley Farm is about sharing the things we love with our world. First, we provide a farm for the local residents of the Holly/Fenton, MI area where they can enjoy special activities and experience the wholesome values that are so elemental to our history. We strive to provide access to unique quality items for anyone to purchase. Secondly, we stand as guardians for our ecosystem and our future generations by protecting the environment and our species who depend on it.
